Why not start the rumours for the next season before the current one comes to a close [only 2 weeks to go now :-(].

Maestro Jansons will be back with his new band (one of them, anyway), the Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks:
30 July Dvorak 8 & R. Strauss "Ein Heldenleben"
31 July Shost violin concerto no. 1 (soloist Gidon Kremer) & Tchaik 6

The Prague Philharmonia, as part of the international "Year of Czech Music" (under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic - whatever that may mean - probably jollies for culture officials)

According to a reliable source, the Glyndebourne Prom is likely to be Zauberfloete (with Jonathan Lemalu as Papageno)
