Huzzah for the arrival of my season ticket too.

That (in)famous letter from the RAH concerning bottles was interesting. No bottles in the auditorium unless as part of catering supplied to the boxes? Well, when the RAH provides adequate cooling and ventilation for the auditorium, that's the day I don't have bottles in my bag. In the meantime, I consider the Health and Safety risk associated with dehydration to be far greater than any putative danger from the bottles I carry. Of course, it might be more difficult to justify if the bottles were full of nicely mixed and well chilled gin and tonic. There again, I don't see my chilled G&T making the bottle cap fly across the auditorium in the same manner as corks from bottles of bubbly in the corporate boxes...

BTW, anyone have any idea on the implications of all this bar code scanning in terms of the Data Protection Act?
