If you want to win the men's Ivy League tournament championship, it helps if:

(a) You are not the #1 seed.
(b) You are the #2 seed.
(c) You do not have to play on the home court of your opponent.

Men's ILT Championships by Seed
---------------------------------
#1 seed. . . . 2 titles
#2 seed. . . . 5
#3 seed. . . . 1
#4 seed. . . . 0

For the women's ILT championship, on the other hand, it helps if:

(a) You are the #1 seed.
(b) You are Princeton.
