Cornell was deservedly invited. San Francisco and Princeton should’ve received a NCAA tournament 15 or 16 seed. Having Princeton, Cornell and San Francisco in the NIT temps me to watch. Yet, there’s eight teams that won the regular season that didn’t get invited. I’d rather see the low/mid majors tell the NIT “to Fornicate themselves” and call it a season.
