But Auriemma is correct in saying that call could have been made numerous times in the game and it wasn't. That it wasn't a foul earlier calls into question the decision to whistle it at the end. It's too bad because it would have been interesting to see what would have happened if the play UConn was running had resulted in a shot to win.
