I have to say I got a bit discouraged when I saw betting lines for College Lacrosse.

Bryant now plays in the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA), which schedules a ton of non-conference games against the Ivy League teams. The CAA is one of the conferences that has been taking full advantage of the transfer portal combined with NIL. Since the Ivy League does not allow graduate transfers and severely limits the number of undergraduate transfers, our Ivy teams will be at a disadvantage to conferences like the CAA.

During this fall, there are 33 former Ivy football players on FBS team rosters and 26 former Ivy football players on FCS team rosters. Of the 26 FCS players, 10 are competing in the CAA.

Since Ivy athletes in their senior year can commence putting their names in transfer portal in October, we should soon know some of the key senior Ivy players who are entering the transfer portal this season.
