 All true. Also, I have no idea whether any of these FCS (or other OOC) schools are interested in scheduling Ivy League teams.

Still, it's odd to me that Harvard and William & Mary have played only 10 times (4-4-2), and not in 30 years (1993: W&M 45 H 17). That could be a real, ESPNU-worthy rivalry, of interest to an audience beyond their affiliates, in the way of the Bayou Classic or Army-Navy. I would imagine W&M would want the association, and it would give Harvard a date outside the Northeast.
