GBI: You're right about Megan and great coaching being the equalizer in Ivy sports. When I watch her Columbia squad, I see what you see--the effect of really effective coaching. The players are very cohesive and disciplined and mesh together like a well-oiled machine. Kinda like the legendarily tight-knit former Red Army hockey team. Megan's the complete package, and having her be an alumna-coach is the icing.
