Coach Griffith IMO is now in the IL "turned the program around" HOF.

First inductee was Jerry Berndt

Her record at Columbia has been truly outstanding

She reaffirms the conclusion made after many years of discussion on this board that a great coach AND administrative support are the keys to winning in the IL

Affirmed 100%.

I was at Penn when Berndt turned fb around, so am very familiar w that case, and I know Megan and have always known that she would get the job done at Columbia, which she triumphantly has. She’s a gem.

Hope she follow the James Jones model and stays for her entire career. I think she is still under 40. Incredible combination of coaching skills and charisma.
