In reply to: Ivy Inquisitior 's message, "State of the League" on 15:01:14 09/15/25 Mon

Since Princeton hasn't disclosed much on their 2025 team there're very hard to forecast. I'll have to go back look at my files but I believe The Ivy's have won 68% of OCC games sine 2016, when they barred tacking in practice!

Now the Ivy's are eligible for a national championship at first though of the outstanding Dartmouth and Princeton teams of the 60's- early 70's and how what would’ve happened if they were post season eligible.
Then I remembered prior to 1970 the polls voted their national champion before the Bowls.
Cornell over Albany.Key game: Penn

Dartmouth over UNH 2025 key game: Harvard. This is a defacto league championship game
Harvard over Stetson. Key game: Dartmouth
Penn over Stonehill. Key game: Yale
Georgetown over Cornell. Key game: Penn
Columbia over Lafayette. Key game: Dartmouth. If the Lions can beat the Big Green they have a chance at repeating.
San Diego over Princeton. I'm not confident about this pick. Key game: Brown
Yale over HC.Key game: Harvard. Yale has proven if Harvard wants to win The Ivy they better do it by week 9. Another win over Harvard might be enough for Yale to win a share of the league championship.

Ivy Sprint Football
Penn over Caldwell. Key games: Army and Navy. Penn has to win one of these to have a chance at a split CSFL championship.
Navy over Cornell. Key game: Mansfield

2025 Ivy Predictited Standings
1- Harvard 6-1(9-1)
1- Dartmouth 6-1(9-1)
3- Yale 5-2(8-2)
3- Columbia 5-2(8-2)
5-Penn 4-3(7-3)
6- Brown 2-5 (4-6)
7- Princeton 1-6(3-7)
7- Cornell 1-6(3-7)

Georgetown over Cornell? They don't play each other.

Ed S. Thank you for pointing my error so it can be corrected. I'm picking Cornell over Albany.
I also forgot to pick Army as CSFL champion.

UNH over Dartmouth - Wildcats had a close loss to David Letterman's Ball state - a FBS team -- so have a respectable 2-1 record

Harvard over Stetson, don't think the Hatters have a great team - too much mercury

Stonehill beats Penn. Quakers get stoned

Georgetown over Cornell. Hoyas seem to be an improved program - some day people will find out what a hoya is

Columbia over Lafayette. However I am not keen on the fact that we have never won in PA - also the pard's web site says we are co-champions - bugs me -!

San Diego over Princeton. not super sure on this one - long road trip for SD but NJ tigers were in the basement last year

Holy Cross beats Yale. Seems Crusaders had a pretty hard 3 games previous to this matchup
