Incidentally, who is "Robin Harris" and why is such person in charge of making the rules regarding Ivy League football rather than the University Presidents or the Athletic directors?

Huge competitive disadvantage for Ivy teams to play other teams that have a full 3+ weeks of game conditioning. Ivies should start the first week or two playing eachother then have non-conference games n
