So how well does the 1/2 balsa work? Does it totally eliminate condensation and actually keep you warm or help significantly in the winters,or is it a case of more would be better but space is limited?

I heard Nanaimo was trying to charge people for living on the hook in its harbours now? I have a friend who has been a full time live aboard for over 30 yrs. and he posted recently on another board that Nanaimo is full of harbour Nazi's as he puts it.
