The only good time to present a weapon of any kind, whether that is a sword,knife or gun is when one KNOWS their life depends on beating the person who has theirs aimed at you.
My heart goes out to the surviving victims,their families and the families of the attackers. Many times it has been a case of the family had not even the slightest clue that their child was planning on mowing down their classmates.
In all reality, the crap will stop when we stop letting these limousine liberals tell us how to discipline our kids, we take charge and make sure we know what our kids are up to and be ready to stand behind what we say when we say NO!!! We have spoiled our kids to the tune of Dr. Spock and other "EXPERTS" who have never had kids of their own!
Many of the emotional problems diagnosed for kids and treated with drugs are simply a case of lack of parental presence,parental guidance and discipline! I have kids !! So I think I know something of which I speak!!! When my kids are with their bio-father (we will callhim.. Sperm Donor) they are allowed to act as they wish,do as they want and wear what ever they see fit and talk how ever they feel. WHen they are with Highlander and I, they KNOW BETTER!!!! We know what they are doing almost any given moment! We know what is in their rooms (ie.. no weapons!) !
Get the idea? We as Americans have allowed other people who have either never had kids of their own or their kids were shipped off at an early age to boarding schools to tell US WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT DO about OUR CHILDREN'S BEHAVIOR!!!!!
I have probably made a few enemies on this one, and I don't really care who likes it! But it is THE TRUTH!!!!
