Her head pressed down into the pillow as her tears trailed down her pale cheeks. Her breath was ragged as she closed her eyes, not even knowing how to answer it. She knew she couldn't keep it, there was no way she could afford to have a baby and he wouldn't want to be with her if she had a child but it was just so hard. It had become such a part of her over the last nine months that it was like ripping out her heart or something to give away. She bit her lip till it was about to leave, crying out again as another contraction hit. The nurse rushed back in with the doctor, checking her once more.
