It's the blood of a champion, pumpin...
Deep inside my veins, too much pride to be runnin'
I'mma get all I can and even more if I can

The roar in his ears was deafening and for awhile he thought it was still the crowd in the arena cheering him on but after hours of being poked and prodded and questioned by the docs he realized it was just the blood rushing to his head. His eyes were closed and he was laying back in the bed, he'd been there for two days now - they kept telling him he couldn't get back in the ring for months and he kept ignoring them - his temper growing near volatile a few times. Even his agent and manager were telling him it was time to take a break but what kind of fighter would he be if he took a break when he was in the contending for the world championship fight? He had fans expectations to live up to and more then that he had a few ego's to knock off their pedestals. A low disgruntled growl escaped his lips as the doctor informed him his new nurse would be coming in to meet him soon - if he wouldn't coropate in the hospital then he would have live in help to make sure that he got all the proper care he needed. The risk of a blood clot, annurism and permanent brain or equilbriam damage was very real but he couldn't seem to accept that....
