I even paid close to $700 registration fee for them to sell my timeshare as I was desperate to sell it away. A few weeks ago, they called to ask me not to use my timeshare. I believe all these unscrupulous company rent out your timeshare since you signed an agreement with them to either sell/rent it and after a year, they can just claim that they cannot find a buyer.
