Got the Awana Vacation Resort for about S$9200 3 years ago and was told that there is no need for the buyer to pay anything at all. The seller will be required to pay for the legal transaction and commission to GIC will also be paid by the buyer. Think the upcoming Chinese or Indonesian nationals are interested in the timeshare. For those brudders who have sold their timeshares, are there any other 'hidden' costs? [ Post a Reply to This Message ] |
