Dino, you may want to give CASE a call. I did contact them during my cooling-off period after I cancelled my agreement with them, just in case OT tried to pull a fast one. There is just a small fee involved and I believe they may be able to help you out without incurring hefty legal fees. I don't doubt they have come across a few situations like yours seeking redress.
