Hi, My mum just signed a contract with oriental travel, probably in Sep 2005 without knowing it was a scam. She paid SGD$25,000 with her hard earned money and I really felt so sad for her. But I have heard that there are so many cases whereby victims combine to sue and many a times the victims failed and the best thing is they incurr more expenses like legal fees. As we really do not have any lawyer advise, it is difficult and costly to fight such a battle. Do any of you have any lawyer friends whereby they can sincerly provide you with solid advice?? HELP!!!!!
