In reply to: Dino Tang 's message, "Victims of Oriental Travel" on Fri, Nov 11 2005, 23:37:07

So far only 2 have contacted me. Jeremy, whom I've asked to also contact Dennis, and Dennis himself who is still looking for more people for his class action suit.
Where is Dino and Jacqueline?

Anyway, I've already started my walk and should have more on the outcome in the next month.

Please act, just talking will get nothing done. Get together as a group and you'll be able to put more pressure on them while learning from the experiences of others.

guys, i heard that many have fought the cases and did not win becos of the contract we signed. It is really tight and they are smart. Hitting them on the lucky draw issue and getting them to close down eventually is no use becos we wont get our $ back. Its no point. We might incur a large amount of legal fees for nothing in the end becos we know nuts about fighting the cases. they have lawyers helping them to draft professional and solid contracts. my suggestion is to get friends who are lawyers to look at the contacts and see at least where we stand. at least we know can we win or can we not first. many complaints together might not help also. pls read other people's forum who have fought these cases. we should seek their advices.
