We just went today for the presentation. They say we can get our own solicitor or pay them to use their solicitor @ S$1720.

They even showed us a file on 1 case that they hv closed. Not sure if this is genuine.

Seem quite a good deal. But we also told them we need time to think and walk off.

Has anyone sucessfully closed any deal with them?

She asked me to pay upfront $1700 for the lawyer fee, or I can get my own lawyer to setting the transfer. Does anyone aware do we need lawyer to sell off our timeshare ?
