HI, I have been contacted by Asset Ink at Riverside mall, #04-08, to offer to buy back the ATC certificate.
They state that IRN, or ATC Singapore is closed and ATC has autorised them to go in to purchase these cert.
Is this true?

I am not sure, as they sound fishy, as they wanted me to transfer the cert to them in writting, and will only pay me the money for the sales after 12 to 16 mths. Only after that I paid the $60.00 for the stamp duty for transfer.

Please advise if this is of similar to anyone, as I am not sure if I should response properly.
