I went back to confront them within the few days of signing the contract and even approached CASE for help. However I feel that CASE has been pretty passive in their actions. I have thought of seeking legal help, but my boyfriend (who signed the contract jointly) is hesistant about doing the same. I don't feel good that the matter's been hanging. How was the process of your resolution like? Are there any other alternatives? Did you have to engage a lawyer during the resolution of your case?
