If you still have all your documents, including the most important one "written and signed agreement from them stating my membership has been cancelled and there was no more legal binding with both parties", then do not get taken in by these scumbags.

They tried similar tactics on me and fortunately I've done my homework thoroughly and tested them to know for myself they are all bull.

Base on the facts you have provided here, it appears you have no potential liability, unless you have taken up what they propose, so don't fall into their traps/lies.

Best of luck!

Hi all, I have the similar case as casper, I signed a contract with World Resort Internation in Jan 2001 and cancelled it in Feb 2001. Recently received a call from Global Europ for demanding for the $7000 outstanding payment. I did not receive any membership certificate and payment reminder from WRI during the four and half years. But it is too bad that I did not keep the termination letter for so long (anyway it was happened four and half years ago!). Will it be any potential liablility for my case if i igore their call?
Thanks for advice.
