how little life has changed
the other day ifound myself looking at a digital cam pic taken onle seconds before .it was of me wearing levis a tshirt with hightop converse all stars.Behind me was the digital tv with late night reruns of mary tyler moore show

this digipic reminded me of an older 1970s pic

i dug up my ol shoebox of fotos to find the foto that i recalled amd it was me in 1970 sitting by the tv in my livinroom watching MTM on saturday night .wearing levis cons a tshirt..
life hasnt changed much

i must say putting on the cons makes my blood pressure go down it relaxes me and sends me to a happy place.

30 yrs later you drift back to those days when we lived there and you cant seem to know why we all left. It was a nice place and if it got bad, it got bad AFTER we left..
so whyd we leave? some left to college at 18 in albany and thrn got jobs in albany. others went to calif in 75 to geta tan and never returned. Some took jobs after hs then moved in with girlfriends in coney island.

some x canarsiers go back memory lane quite often others never. Some check the webpage daily others never. Is being happy rich successful a factor. is losing a parent a divorce a bad job low self image a reason??

My pal glen,. a cpa in LA makes 600000 a yr .hes happy AND likes to chk the page daily and chat.
My friend gwen lost her mom then got really canarsieful and started looking 4 x friends like full time.
Francine is a lawyer in Phili and never thinks about it. Her life today is a continuation of that life. Shes now in 45th grade in philadelphia.
My pal reed the dentist in calif couldnt care less.
Going back there in your mind is OK
its a place where everything IS ok safe good happy warm and bubby is right there with the dog and youve got 2 months off coming up soon as youll go to the brook .

everybody does it everybody goes back....a foto in your nightable. your ol baseball glove in your company car trunk.
