... What underlies your big personal issue about the screen names which posters use ... especially Dash? What is the basis of your incessant need to label him "coward" for his choice of names?? I've wondered about this on all of the other occasions on which you raised the issue. Can you be certain that "Dash" is not his real name or a family nickname, etc.?? What would be different if he signed his posts with "Vince" or "Edward" or ... "Scott"?? How would his posts be more relevant if he used two initials as his onscreen signature?? What would it change for you if he used his entire name? What's it to you, ST??

"What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other word would smell as sweet."

Shakespeare had it so right, ST. A name is an artificial convention. In my experience, people say whatever they want to say on the internet and -- regardless of the name they use -- over time, I can discern a number of things about them from their words. Their screen name is just a name. I could pick out one of your posts whether you signed "Gertrude" or "Horatio Hornblower", ST.

(For the record, "Laura" and "Gay" are the first and middle names I was given at birth. When I married, I used my maiden name as my middle name and my husband's last name became mine. Pretty traditional stuff.)
