* Instead of purchasing a 12 month club membership for $21.95 a month, you can get a 3 month club membership for the same price. Once the program has concluded, you can continue at the same rate and sign up for 12 months.

* Body by Design 12 week customized transformation plan. Instead of $299, you can get it for only $ 199. See your trainer for more detailed information.

* All personal training can be purchased for $ 25 a session instead of $35 while on the program. You will still need a membership to train at the club.

* 12 week nutrition plans to help you understand how to eat, what to eat and when to eat accoring to your personal basil metabolic rate. The price is only $ 149.
