The 180k for more planning, the millions (5 million? 10 million? more?) that will go to the frivolous lawsuits, the cost of creating a new police commissioner position!!! All on the backs of a handful of taxpayers. We've had some bad moments in City Hall but this is the death knell. Only people with wealth will be able to afford to live here and if they have money to go anywhere then why would they bother?
