Well something has to make up for the bloated salary that our disconnected city council approved for him and the mayor. This is what you get when you have a city manager that doesn't live here and a city hall that pays nothing for parking in a business district that is suffering because of the egregiously implemented digital metering system. They already get bottled water on our dime while we pay for and have to drink from the tap.
