You'd have to scroll down this forum's threads a few years to find it, but a separate edu forum was created because, like now, the edu tribe highjacked this forum. The separate edu forum created was essentially an echo chamber that self-imploded shortly after its startup. The edu tribe slowly but surely migrated back to this forum to the obvious effect. It stands to reason, given the close connection between the two entities... a municipal legislative body, in part, that determines a public taxing scheme affiliated with another public entity taxing scheme encompassing the same municipality. Nothing to see there. When a truth message flys too closely over the target via a direct objective question or position posed, COINTELPRO techniques are borrowed and put in play for dilution, misdirection and control of a internet forum. I've posted essentially the same fundamental question regarding government/institution vs individual sovereignty with zero takers...that's a tell.
