More fighting than consensus building? What are you talking about? This mono-party council are known for lining right up as a group to lick the boots of their magnificent non-resident city manager. No one holds anyone accountable because the powers that be act as reticent children with a bone to pick if you even dare look at them the wrong way. The epitome of small town, small mind politics.
