Hiring and keeping a city manager who doesn't live here- against the charter- and falling for his providing a fake address. Giving this city manager a raise without even a search- what did he promise you? Approving a meter company that does not fit the needs of a population that deals mostly in cash- and then charging a credit card fee to add insult to injury. And then offering a payment card that doesn't work half the time. If there wasn't bribery involved, why was this non-performing company chosen and why is this company still being used? Why is the riverfront permitted to look like a garbage dump when it's owned by one of the wealthiest men in town? Why is a non-profit employee like you permitted to rule on things that directly affect non-profits in this city to the detriment of tax-paying entities? Approving a raise for the mayor when the city charter specifically states that mayor in our system is an equal to other city council people.

Corruption? Incompetence? Ignorance? Call it whatever you want.
