Wow-charter sounds like you have several concerns; you are aware in early 2019 we started the parking meter study. The city was very transparent, there were several public hearings, no one came out to voice thier concerns. This was a long drawn out process. I'm sorry that the parking system is dificult and challenging for some. I chose to vulunteer my personal time to help move the city forward, although you probaly would not agree.
Lastly, the Todd Venning lives in the city, that is a fact. Let's not continue to gaslight the public with this non-sense!
