No one cares if they go to a conference if they were paying for it themselves. It annoys me that they are charging this to the taxpayers. On another note, why in the world would Grice and his wife go when he is off the council as of Dec.31st. It is a big deal to many people. Spouses going is the tell-tale sign that this is a vacay.
