Subject: puerto rico vacation (at taxpayers expense)

At a past city council meeting, former councilwoman Cindy Holmes demanded to know precisely who was going to the Somos conference in Puerto Rico. I remember Harvey saying his wife was not going but he didn't know who exactly was going. He also told Holmes he would talk to her "offline." Does anyone know who exactly is going to this conference? Did the Council ever give a good reason why they couldn't have gone to the Somos conference in New York several months ago?
