Ward 2 voter turnout was very low. lowest of the 4 wards.
is it because 'newbies' think that being "Independent" is being independent? Guess no one explained that in Newburgh "no party no voice".

it's too bad, because we could use some visionary thinkers to challenge the status quo. or maybe no one really cares!
