golf carts are a tried-and-true element for large outdoor events. Admit they have a place, determine how many are needed, who gets to drive them, waivers and liability -- lawyers should focus on that. ps. how much is Newburgh paying for the 'incident' (i agree that driver would be unacceptable!) ? no one will say

Can anyone name 5 big events supported by the City in the past 10 years? (my memory is shot).

Do you think the City should support festivals that bring visitors and gain regional exposure? what kind of support
