The city has been advertising for months for a Police Chief. No, he does not live in the city of Newburgh. I thought that maybe that was why they were looking to replace him. Neither he nor the Commissioner live here. Both are required to have their residence here. I've heard the Commish purchased a fixer upper here but as far as I know he's not living here yet. Why do we need both positions, pick one and be done.
