I wonder who are, or is the Autocrat? At this point, I think this is by design. There is no way the government can function like this unless it is sanctioned to so so. This is shaping up more like a conspiracy theory. How can we have cyber attacks, department heads leaving, and nobody says shit! Nothing from elected officials, other than cheering reviews. We need help from the outside, we truthfully need State, or federal government help. It's like the twilight zone around here. School budget out of control, and the streets are seemingly the same. All Newburgh has to offer looks like the waterfront. Anything west of that is travel at your own risk. Hopefully the talk here, transfers to the Powers that be, and get some traction. We're drowning here.
