Definitely appears that someone is working the ropes behind the curtain: How did the Chief of Staff Mike Neppl land here?

"Mike Neppl has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and organizations. Mike is currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the City of Newburgh in New York. Before this, they worked as the Government Affairs Director for the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, Inc. In 2019, they established their own company called Mike Neppl Communications, where they served as the Principal until 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel & Director of Government Relations for the New York Library Association from 2013 to 2019. Mike also worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the New York State Office of the Attorney General from 2011 to 2013. In 2010, they were the Counsel to the Senate Standing Committee on Codes in the New York State Senate. Starting in 2007, they served as an Assistant Counsel in the New York State Executive Chamber until 2010. Mike Neppl attended Albany Law School from 2005 to 2008.
