Subject: Really though!?!?

The city has announced the completion of their investigation into the June 10 cyber attack, stating that no data was seized or stolen.

While the release was eloquently written, can we truly believe that a thorough investigation was completed in less than 45 days? Although the city's data set may be smaller than that of large corporations, I'm skeptical that there was no damage.
