It's 'Annual Performance Review Time' & we are the HR
- which 3 goals reached are they most proud of?
- which council member contributed most in the process?
- how effectively are they managing the manager?
- what leadership improvements need to be made
- worst actions? could they have been prevented?
- blah blah blah
aw shucks, give them a cost-of-living 3% increase approved by us through a Permissive Referendum on the ballot: only need signatures from 5% of the voters. (that's just a few hundred signatures)
