Is there any validity, to Chief Spineli's son in law being promoted, whilst skipping over candidates who scored higher? It can only be hoped, that the council, City Manager and civil service administrator is looking into this. Hopefully this issue isn't getting crickets! All that talk of being a A rating city means jack squat when nepotism and cronyism is seemingly rampant. Blood, or marrying into blood is thicker than water, and as a result breaks laws and ethics.
