I’m not sure what else you’re expecting.
I just pointed out that it was three, not four.
What more did you want?
The “standard” is actually 15 interior qualified firefighters for a single family home. 16 if the aerial is used. It was a multi-family.
The minimum crew size is actually 5 for high hazard neighborhoods, such as Newburgh, due to the building density.
The appropriate standard is NFPA 1710, in case anyone wants to research it.
I’m actually in agreement with what you’re saying, just pointing out the fact of the minimum manning.
There’s no way of replying privately unfortunately.
Take away the drivers, and a guy getting the hydrant, and it one guy stretching a line to whatever floor the fire is on, and operating alone until the hydrant man gets inside to help. Two to do a search and maybe pull a victim out. I think you already know that.
