Subject: Corey Allen friend or foe?

I ran across this gentleman, named Corey Allen. He purported himself as an ambassador for Newburgh. Within this conversation, he talked about what is needed in the African American community, and how he is helping to attain it. The whole conversation felt misleading, unauthentic if you will. He just doesn't strike me as the urban justice pioneer he proclaims to be. Does anyone know him? I see that he is employed by Habitat for Humanity, so does that give him credibility in his attempt to solve racial economic differences.
