The mayor is a joke, along with the rest of the performing idiots of the council. He makes “surprise visits” to neighborhoods? What neighborhoods are those? He/they are filled with empty promises of some magical charette of perfect housing and lovely landlords. TF? The delusions of grandeur manifest amongst the ignorant.
