The City will never change. I’ll bet you have more unqualified dept.heads than you know. How about that one with a G.E.D , when the position requires a Civil Engineering Degree. But, when you can blackmail a City Manager because in the middle of the night you peeled her City owned Jeep off a tree, and on the down low did all the repairs, of course still dumb enough to leave evidence buried in a tree.
Too bad the statute of limitations is up, but then again all these corrupt individuals are coated in Teflon
