The city manager Jean Ann McGrane who drove a city vehicle involved in the drunk driving incident is living in Gardiner as if nothing ever happened. But because of her decisions we are paying for a $10million escalating debt as the result of illegal actions by the engineer Hauser and the NECSD. But what did she care? She doesn't live here now. She's not paying for her drunk ass decisions that were approved by the likes of Nick Valentine(lived here all my life, love this city bullshit) who knew full well she was a drunk like him. Venning isn't even considering living here because he's just using this city like most city managers before him. He's just the latest. These people know that the politicians(and corporation counsel- who also doesn't live here) are pushovers and idiots. They act with the least effort they can muster to milk as much of a salary as possible before they move on and leave this city in worse shape than they found it.
