Ok here is for the nitrosoureas:

LoSe Car - Imagine a car that's shaped like a brain and is got fat and goo all over it. It has two passengers - alka and carba (the repair man).

So the LoSe Car (Lomustine, Semustine, Carmustine) - brain for brain cancer - fat (lipophilic). Alkylating species and carbamoylating species. Repair man (messes with DNA-repair enzymes).
