Date Posted: 11:06:12 05/15/06 Mon Hello all. I'm hereby announcing that "Government" is leaving the government. And Michigan. And North America. Jeni (my fiancée) and I have accepted positions at St. George’s University in Grenada. UTM 20P 633442 1326686. To make a long story short, they really hired her, and then heard about me and decided to hire me as well. It's a pretty sweet deal all around. I did have aspirations of leading trips all over Michigan this summer. But between getting married in a little over a month and moving to Grenada in a little over two months, I’m going to be pretty busy. Maybe we can sneak an unofficial trip in for my bachelor party in early June (June 2-4, Drummond Island anyone?). On the flip side, you now all have a good friend in Grenada who will have an extra couple of rooms and loves to entertain guests. We’re taking 4 kayaks (our sea kayaks & 2 SOT’s), there is also hiking galore, mountain biking, snorkeling everywhere, SCUBA, and soon, Hahnfelding. Bring your sunscreen.
